How fast will I get a quote?+
Most quotes come back inside 45 seconds. Specialized loads — reefer, flatbed, hazmat — may take a few minutes to source the right carrier.
What information do you need to quote?+
Pickup and delivery ZIPs, weight, dimensions or pallet count, commodity, equipment type, and pickup date. Anything else helps us route smarter.
How does billing work?+
Standard terms are Net-30 after a credit application is approved. We also accept ACH and major cards for first-time shippers.
Do you handle claims?+
Yes. Our claims team manages the carrier from first notice to resolution. File at contact@freightnetgroup.com within 9 months of delivery.
